TAHAI IT Docs is live

TAHAI IT Docs is live. Core IT Docs is $10 per internal user per month with a governed read-only Client View allowance. TAHAI PSA is coming soon.

TAHAI IT Docs

Live IT documentation for teams that need cleaner records and safer client-facing access.

TAHAI IT Docs is live. It gives MSPs, internal IT teams, solo engineers, and operators a practical place to keep documentation, client records, procedures, project context, and approved client-facing material without confusing internal staff work with read-only client access.

Core pricing

Core IT Docs is $10 per internal user per month. Owner and Staff accounts are billable seats. Core includes a read-only Client View allowance for approved client-facing material: 25 Client View users per organization, or 5 per paid internal seat, whichever is higher.

Larger client portal rollouts, approval workflows, evidence sharing, notifications, and PSA-linked collaboration may require Client Portal Plus or a higher plan.

$10 / internal user / month
Client View allowance

Read-only Client View is allowance-based and separate from staff work.

Core IT Docs includes a Client View allowance designed for approved client-facing material, not internal operational work.

1 paid internal seat

Includes 25 read-only Client View users for the organization.

5 paid internal seats

Includes 25 read-only Client View users for the organization.

10 paid internal seats

Includes 50 read-only Client View users for the organization.

Client View boundaries

Client View is for approved external visibility only.

Client View users can only access approved client-facing material. They cannot perform internal staff work or use the system as a substitute for Owner or Staff accounts.

  • Client View cannot create, edit, delete, invite users, or manage members.
  • Client View cannot access billing, passwords, secrets, internal docs, internal projects, or visibility controls.
  • Client View cannot export organization data in bulk, run automation, or perform internal operational work.
  • Any user doing internal operational work must be Owner or Staff and must consume a billable internal seat.
What IT Docs organizes

Documentation that stays connected to operations.

Client and site records

Organizations, locations, contacts, vendors, notes, and support context.

Procedures

Step-by-step records another engineer can follow.

Projects and changes

Implementation context, decisions, cleanup notes, and as-built records.

Approved client material

Read-only client-facing visibility within the included allowance.

Client View fit

Use Client View for approved visibility, not internal operations.

Client View is designed for read-only access to approved client-facing material. It is useful for sharing selected information without exposing internal workspaces or turning client accounts into staff seats.

  • Approved client-facing documentation and handoff material.
  • Read-only evidence or status material that has been intentionally shared.
  • Client-facing procedure references that do not expose passwords, secrets, or internal controls.
Billing guardrail

Internal operational work requires a billable Owner or Staff seat.

Any user performing internal operational work must be Owner or Staff and must consume a billable internal seat. Client View cannot create, edit, delete, manage members, access billing, view secrets, run automation, toggle visibility, or bulk-export organization data.

Larger client portal rollouts, approval workflows, evidence sharing, notifications, and PSA-linked collaboration may require Client Portal Plus or a higher plan.

PSA roadmap

TAHAI PSA is coming soon.

TAHAI PSA is coming soon as the next service operations lane for tickets, approvals, project status, client collaboration, and documentation loopback into IT Docs.

PSA and Client Portal Plus can support larger client collaboration workflows such as approvals, project status, ticket visibility, client questions, notifications, evidence sharing, and PSA-linked collaboration.

Implementation path

Roll out IT Docs while keeping Client View separate from staff seats.

The implementation path keeps paid internal work separate from approved read-only Client View access. Start with Owner and Staff seats for internal operators, then publish selected client-facing material only after it is reviewed.

  • Confirm billable Owner and Staff users.
  • Review the Client View allowance before inviting client-facing readers.
  • Keep passwords, secrets, internal projects, billing, automation, and staff workflows out of Client View.
  • Use procurement, trust, and support routes for buyer review before wider rollout.
