What to include in a support email
- Organization name and affected product or path.
- Your role: Owner, Staff, Client View, evaluator, procurement reviewer, service prospect, or product user.
- A short description of the issue or question.
- Relevant screenshots or logs that do not expose passwords, tokens, private keys, or regulated data.
Do not send secrets, private keys, access tokens, passwords, or regulated data through ordinary email unless TAHAI Web Services specifically provides an appropriate secure channel.
