Core IT Docs is $10 per internal user per month. Owner and Staff accounts are billable seats. Core includes a read-only Client View allowance for approved client-facing material: 25 Client View users per organization, or 5 per paid internal seat, whichever is higher.
Larger client portal rollouts, approval workflows, evidence sharing, notifications, and PSA-linked collaboration may require Client Portal Plus or a higher plan.
TAHAI PSA is live as a separate service-operations platform for tickets, approvals, project status, client collaboration, and documentation follow-through.
PSA and Client Portal Plus can support larger paid client collaboration workflows such as approvals, project status, ticket visibility, client questions, notifications, evidence sharing, and PSA-linked collaboration.
View TAHAI PSAThis language is intentionally explicit so Client View cannot be misunderstood as open-ended access or as a replacement for internal staff seats.

5 paid internal seats includes 25 read-only Client View users for approved client-facing material.
10 paid internal seats includes 50 read-only Client View users for approved client-facing material.
Client View cannot create, edit, delete, invite users, manage members, access billing, access passwords or secrets, view internal docs or projects, toggle visibility, export org data in bulk, run automation, or perform internal staff work.
Any user doing internal operational work must be Owner or Staff and must consume a billable internal seat.
Use the implementation path to plan roles, Client View approvals, documentation cleanup, and support handoff before inviting a larger audience.
